How We Work With You

Most people have never read a vehicle service contract line by line. We have, and we will go through yours with you in everyday words.

We explain the fine print

Every plan has a list of covered repairs and a list of exclusions. We read both with you. If a part you care about is not covered, we say so up front.

No push toward the biggest plan

A ten-year-old truck with high miles may not need the top tier. A newer SUV might. We match the coverage to the vehicle and how you drive, then let you decide.

Monthly payments you can plan around

We offer flexible payment options, so you can spread the cost into steady monthly payments instead of one large bill. You know the number before you sign.

Help in English or Spanish

We offer English & Spanish support. Ask your questions in the language you are most comfortable with, and get the same clear answers.

Roadside help comes with it

Our plans include roadside assistance covered under the warranty. That means help with things like a dead battery, a flat or a tow when the car will not go. We show you how to use it before you ever need it.

Coverage for Cars, Trucks and SUVs

A car extended warranty picks up where the factory warranty leaves off, so a failed transmission or engine part does not land on you alone. An auto repair warranty focuses on the big mechanical repair costs that hit older and high-mileage vehicles hardest. An auto protection warranty adds broader coverage for drivers who want more parts and systems on the list. We walk you through each one so you can see the difference before you choose.

What Sets the Cost of a Plan

Extended warranties do not have one set price. Your vehicle and the coverage you choose decide it. These are the things that raise or lower the number, so your quote is easy to follow.

A few questions about your vehicle on the phone, and we give you a free quote. It spells out the coverage, the deductible and the payment, so you are not left guessing.

How old the vehicle is and its miles
Big repairs come up more often on older, higher-mileage vehicles. That tends to push the price of coverage up, and it is also where a plan can do the most good.
The make and model
On some vehicles, parts are pricier or harder to get to, which means more labor. Covering a full-size truck can cost a different amount than covering a compact car.
How much the plan covers
Covering just the engine and transmission costs less than adding air conditioning, electrical systems and other parts. Where the A/C runs for most of the year, lots of drivers think hard about that part of the plan.
Your deductible at each repair
Choose a higher deductible and the monthly payment drops, but each shop visit costs you more. A lower deductible works the other way. We walk you through both.
How long the plan runs
A longer term covers you for more years or miles and adds up to more. A shorter term is cheaper but runs out sooner.
The way you pay
Monthly payments and a larger amount up front can lead to different totals over the full plan. We put the choices next to each other so you can compare.

Who We Are

We help everyday drivers protect themselves from repair bills that can wreck a monthly budget. Our customers drive work trucks, family SUVs and older sedans with plenty of miles left in them. What they share is a wish to know what a repair will cost them before it happens.

We do the work at our office and by phone or video. We keep the talk simple. If a term in your contract is confusing, we stop and explain it. If a plan is not a good fit for your vehicle, we tell you that too.

How a Call With Us Goes

It does not take long, and nobody expects you to buy the same day.

  1. 1

    Share your vehicle details

We need the year, make, model and about how many miles are on it. We also ask how it gets driven, such as a daily commute or longer trips on weekends.

  2. 2

    We walk through the plans

We cover the plans that suit your vehicle in everyday words. For each one you learn what it pays for, what it excludes and the monthly cost.

  3. 3

    Decide now or later

When a plan fits, we get it set up. If you would rather wait, that is fine. Call us again whenever you are ready.

  4. 4

    Coverage begins

We tell you the date coverage starts and how it works when you bring the car to a repair shop. If you change your mind in the first 30 days, you can cancel without a fee and get your full deposit back.

What Drivers Usually Want to Know

Is an extended warranty different from a vehicle service contract?

In most conversations, the two names mean the same kind of plan. Each one pays for covered repairs once the factory warranty is over, or while it is still running. The part that really counts is which parts are listed and which are left out, and we read that with you.

Can I still get a plan for an older car with a lot of miles?

In many cases you can. Every plan has its own age and mileage cutoffs. Give us the year and the odometer reading, and we will say which plans will take your vehicle and what each one pays for.

What if I change my mind after I sign?

You have 30 days to cancel with no cancellation fee, and you get your whole deposit back. Take that time to go through the contract at your own pace and call us with any question.

Do I need to pay for the plan all at once?

You do not. Flexible payment options are available, monthly payments among them. Before you agree to anything, we show you how each way of paying works out.

Is roadside help part of the plan?

It is. Roadside assistance is covered under the warranty on our plans, for a tow, a jump start or a flat tire. When we review your plan, we explain what it covers and how to call for it.

Can I get help in Spanish?

You can. We offer English & Spanish support. Tell us which one you want when you call.

What is the way to get a quote?

Call us. After a few questions about your vehicle, we give you a free quote right on the phone. It costs nothing, and you are under no obligation to buy.
